Goose liver, whether from Alsace, the Pèrigord or the Landes with foie gras, as well as geese and duck specialties, are a gem of French food culture.
How to serve foie gras. The usual portion is 40gr to 50gr per person. Goose liver must be served well chilled but not frozen. Dip the knife in
warm water to cut nice slices.

Fromagerie, Käse
Munster cheese is a soft cheese made from raw cow's milk with a washed rind and a minimum fat content of 50% i. Tr. It has a natural, orange-colored rind that is slightly sticky on the surface. Awarded the AOC seal of approval since 1969, it is originally produced exclusively in the Alsatian and Lorraine Vosges.
